EHR will spend an hour in a relaxed environment interviewing and getting to know the candidate at a time to suit them. Exploring their CV from education to current role to get a feel for what the candidate is really looking for and offering CV advice, improving their interview skills and looking for a career in an industry which matches their skill set.

EHR also likes to meet the client for a better understanding of their requirements, culture and future recruitment plans as this is vital to find the right candidate. After the screening process, a shortlist will be passed onto the client for possible interviews. Following the interview process, EHR will work in partnership between the candidate and the client to handle feedback and any negotiations required.

Designed by Stuart Jackson, I implemented the design into a Wordpress template which consists of several informational pages along with the use of the blog roll to advertise current career opportunities. The site is also linked to Twitter feeds and a Facebook fan page.
